Most of the runners thought the weather was perfect. Cool, no wind and no rain. The overall winner broke 15 minutes, leaving the field in his wake. His performance was amazing over a course filled with turns. 

The first Silver Striders were Amanda Hoskins and Jeff Boly. Amanda was chalking up her 9th Ambassador Series race while finishing as first Silver Strider for 8 out of the 9 races.

Four runners reached “Series Finish” status by finishing their 8th series race. They were, Mike Henderson, Tracy Holly, Mickey Allen and Sandra Madden

Three runners have finished 7 series races. They are Vanessa Pearson, Ladius Wolfe and Dennis Zaborac. They need to complete one of the following; Christmas Rush, Electric Cookie or Santa Runs Tacoma to be a series finisher and win a trophy and prizes at our annual awards party in January. 

Six runners have finished 6 series races. They are; Joe Elcock, Michael Magnussen, John Schmidt, Sheldon Thiel, Joleen Pereira and Ricky Bouge. To qualify they must do the Electric Cookie race in Seattle and either the Christmas Rush in Kent or Santa Runs Tacoma.
