Dear Silver Striders,

It was so wonderful to see so many of our Silver Strider friends at Steve’s Memorial! I was very excited that Jerry Dietrich agreed to speak! His Kind words touched my heart and made me feel so proud of Steve.

I can’t thank you enough for coming and being there for us. There were others who couldn’t make it, But I heard from them too.

Steve would have been amazed and thrilled and I felt he was there. This was Steve’s own private awards ceremony.

Thank you, all of you, for your love and hugs, for being there for me, for remembering Steve, and for supporting us always in so many ways.
